Parkour Training

I have been doing Parkour for about a year now and I got to say the best way to get your body ready is to just do it but start small. when i started I was really out of shape but I climed alot to build arm strangth. I now am in great shape. I love to use Parkour as a way to get from point a to point b.

I've seen a lot of parkour, and I must say, I'm impressed with what I see parkour guys do. Lots of things I would love to learn to be able to do. I wish I could find the time and place and guidance to train somethings in parkour!

i admire what parkourists can do as it seems like alot of it can be transfered over to martial arts. also if you need to get away from a place fast than parkour is the best way to do it
