Starting weight program

I am starting a weights program next week to compliment my martial arts training. I feel that although a lot of the moves do not require much strength if carried out correctly, being stronger can still help you to use them on heavier people.

Going for a run

Didn't feel link I burnt enough energy in training, so going for a run

Zendokai training

Training was good today, got the students to warm up with push ups and sit ups, then went full out into drills for an hour.
